Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaking taps, yard maintenance, and house washing
- Complete repairs of a handyman nature 
- Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and in good working order
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from property managers
- Keeping detailed records of all maintenance work completed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
