About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to join our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, excels under pressure, and is committed to building a long-term career in property management.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day property management tasks, maintaining strong client and tenant relationships, and ensuring all processes and compliance requirements are followed accurately and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing tenant and owner communications professionally and effectively
  • Handling both positive and challenging interactions with confidence and composure
  • Using property management and digital systems accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting property inspections and managing maintenance coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, company processes, and internal policies
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting
  • Prioritizing workload and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
