About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time
Property Manager to join our property management team. This role is ideal

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day property
management tasks, maintaining strong client and tenant relationships, and
ensuring all processes and compliance requirements are followed accurately and
consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing
tenant and owner communications professionally and effectively

- Using
property management and digital systems accurately and efficiently
- Conducting
property inspections and managing maintenance coordination
- Ensuring
compliance with legislation, company processes, and internal policies
- Maintaining
accurate records, documentation, and reporting

workload and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional

- Full,
clean driver’s licence required
